Thurs Beg Country/Western Two-Step progressive Class Join us for a lively Beginner & up Progressive Country/Western Two-Step class on Thurs's from 6:45 - 7:30 PM at DanceSport Dupont Circle! Taught by Terry Chasteen with 50 years of teaching in all levels of Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Tango, Country/Western & more, which means he can absolutely make anyone who attends (including singles, couples, same-gender couples and the sight & hearing-impaired) learn this easy & fun-filled dance. The class is not only perfect for brand new beginners (we spend the first 15 minutes on perfecting basics if there are new attendees ... that's how easy it is!) but also for non-beginners looking to refresh their skills and technique and add new patterns and amalgamations each week in the many variations of ducks, tucks, wraps & capes. Whether you're new to country dancing or experienced & want to enhance your technique & repertoir, you’ll enjoy a supportive environment that encourages learning and fun.
