This cycle we're offering 4-week special topics classes on Wednesdays so you can explore different topics to enhance your dancing.

Samba de gafieira is one of the ancestors of modern day Brazilian Zouk, and is well known and loved by zouk artists from Brazil. This class with Adayl Iost will introduce the basic steps, rhythm, timing, and frame of this dynamic dance and expand your knowledge of Brazilian culture. If you are ready to move your feet to the speed of light, take your torsion to new heights, and have a ton of fun, this is the class for you!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR


Adayl (He/him) is a Brazilian dance instructor and has been teaching for 12 years. He specializes in bringing Brazilian joy to his dances. Part of Grupo Embalanço, from Araraquara - Brazil, he participated, taught and performed in dance Festivals and Congresses in Brazil and around the world. His training background and personal inspirations are the masters: Brenda, Bruno G and Raiza, Paulo and Luiza. Adayl’s teaching technique focuses on partner connection, clean fundamentals, flow, incorporating body movements and a lot of musicality into the dance.
