Join guest instructors Erin Malley and Doruk Golcu for a special 3-week Intermediate Argentine Tango series at DanceSport Dupont! With over two decades of international teaching and performing experience across the US and Europe, Erin and Doruk bring a unique, clear, and biomechanically efficient approach to learning tango. Designed for dancers looking to refine their technique, structure, and connection, this progressive series takes place Fridays at 9:00 PM (immediately following the beginner class). 📅 Weekly Breakdown (Fridays at 9:00 PM) Aug 21: Week 1 | Deconstructing El Básico Aug 28: Week 2 | Dancing with Triangles Sept 4: Week 3 | Fundamentals of Close Embrace 💃 About the Instructors, Erin Malley holds a BFA in Dance and brings over 20 years of experience in professional choreography, filmmaking, and Pilates instruction. Her intuitive teaching style focuses on movement efficiency, body awareness, and making technical skills accessible to everyone. Doruk Golcu has danced tango internationally for 25 years. Drawing from his background in martial arts (Aikido and fencing) and fantasy illustration, Doruk combines structural precision with a keen visual eye to help dancers refine their aesthetics and mechanics effortlessly. 🎟️ Practica & Registration Practica Session: Stay and practice after class!
